Senior Business Analyst [110-130 PLN/h net + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company working on custom projects for clients worldwide, specializing in mobile and web applications. The role is part of an interdisciplinary team including business and system analysis, architecture, UX, and pre-sales competencies, working remotely on a long-term project for a large corporate client in the leasing industry.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects
• Experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas in terms of feasibility, and proposing solutions, especially in the banking, finance, and leasing industries
• Ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Ability to monitor the implementation of business assumptions and test implemented solutions
• Experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of techniques and tools supporting the software development process
• Ability to prepare project materials enabling effort and cost estimation
• Communicative English

Nice to have:

• Experience in supporting sales activities at the pre-sales stage
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and the use of AI in analytical processes
• Knowledge of system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and manage the expectations of various stakeholders
• Effective time management and independence in completing tasks

• Comprehensive identification of the Client’s business needs along with solution recommendations
• Running workshops and meetings for stakeholders, and actively participating in project meetings
• Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements from clients
• Modeling business processes and identifying potential areas for growth and improvement
• Interpreting and assessing the feasibility of business requirements and decomposing them into application and system functionalities
• Preparing functional and non-functional specifications
• Creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle at both business and system levels
• Working closely with the development team to deliver business requirements
