Senior Business Analyst (k/m) [110-130 zł/h netto + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company working on custom projects for clients worldwide, specializing in mobile and web applications. The Application Development unit focuses on creating, developing, and maintaining these projects. The team for this role is interdisciplinary, combining business and system analysis, architecture, UX, and sales support, working remotely on a long-term project for a large corporate client in the leasing industry.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis in IT projects
• Experience working with corporate clients in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and proposing solutions, especially in banking, finance, and leasing sectors
• Skills in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and creating project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Ability to monitor business assumptions realization and test implemented solutions
• Experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of techniques and tools supporting software development processes
• Ability to create project materials enabling effort and cost estimation
• Communicative English language skills

• Experience supporting sales activities at the pre-sales stage

• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI usage in analytical processes

• Knowledge of system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions
