Senior Frontend Software Engineer

RTB House is a global company providing state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms. The role is within the Bidding Platform organization, which processes over 20 million requests per second for real-time auctions and advertisement display across 90+ countries.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing complex web software.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and browser APIs; experience with build tools like Webpack and Vite.
• Strong understanding of Web Performance optimization techniques and advanced loading strategies.
• Very good knowledge of fundamental Internet protocols and technologies (DNS, HTTP, cookies, etc.).
• Practical ability to observe, monitor, and analyze production systems.
• Good understanding of full-stack concepts including system architectures, backend APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• C1 level proficiency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech/Real Time Bidding.
• Experience contributing to Real User Monitoring (RUM) systems.

• Gain deep understanding of ad technology and industry standards such as OpenRTB, MRAID, VAST.
• Design and lead implementation of high-quality frontend solutions for displaying ads globally.
• Write, test, and deploy robust, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Develop monitoring systems to track metrics like reliability and viewability.
• Collaborate with Ads Layouts specialists and backend engineers for data flow and architectural alignment.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership including solving complex system challenges, planning, scoping, and code reviews.
