Product Analyst

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a leading platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting top proprietary trading firms. The company provides traders with tools to compare challenge details, read verified reviews, and see accurate payout data. The team is fully remote and international, focusing on quality and practical impact.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst on a product team.
• Strong SQL and product analytics tooling experience (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Experience in experimentation design and A/B testing.
• Comfortable with statistical concepts such as significance, power, and segmentation.
• Visual storytelling skills to turn data into clear narratives.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or B2C SaaS.
• Familiarity with attribution and funnel analytics at scale.
• Experience defining and validating product hypotheses end-to-end.
• Commercial mindset focused on outcomes, not just metrics.

Own product analytics and KPIs:

• Own analytics across onboarding, rankings, quizzes, comparisons, firm pages, and checkout flows.
• Define and monitor product KPIs.
• Maintain product dashboards used by Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Investigate anomalies and surface trends weekly.

Build and maintain product funnels:

• Build product funnels end-to-end across the platform.
• Identify friction points and quantify their impact.
• Turn findings into prioritised recommendations for Product and Engineering.
• Validate funnel improvements pre/post change.

Lead experimentation:

• Design, analyse, and document A/B tests.
• Help build PFM's experimentation framework.
• Quantify feature impact pre- and post-launch.
• Train product and engineering teams on test design.

Communicate insights to drive decisions:

• Produce product performance updates with strong visual storytelling.
• Partner on roadmap prioritisation and launch measurement.
• Define tracking requirements before features ship.
• Present findings in product reviews and leadership forums.

• Remote work with requirement for strong overlap with CET hours (4+ hours overlap).
