Communication Manager

Teyon is a game development studio with over 150 developers based in Kraków, with additional offices in Łódź, Warsaw, and an international presence in Tokyo. The studio is known for games such as Terminator: Resistance, RoboCop: Rogue City, and the upcoming Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish.

• Proven experience in communications or community management within the game development industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and gaming communities (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Steam).
• Knowledge of graphic creation, GIFs, and video editing programs.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1) and native Polish.
• Independence and proactive approach with own ideas.
• Strong artistic sense and awareness of social media trends.
• Passion for video games.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Natural on-camera presence and comfort with public speaking and streaming.

Nice to have:

• Existing relationships with gaming press, media outlets, and content creators.
• Running a YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or TikTok channel.
• List of shipped game titles worked on in the past.

• Managing official brand communication across social media platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and other channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit.
• Developing, creating, and publishing content including news posts, marketing materials, graphical and video assets.
• Communicating with production teams on ongoing projects.
• Preparing marketing and PR plans in cooperation with production teams and partners.
• Coordinating PR activities, media and external communication, and collaborations with influencers.
• Hosting live streams on Twitch and Steam, presenting games to media and public remotely and at live industry events.
• Tracking community growth and social media performance, transforming data into insights to optimize content strategy and reach.
