Product Manager (m/k)

LSI Software S.A. creates solutions that revolutionize retail shopping, including modern kiosks, self-service checkouts, and advanced payment systems used in major retail chains in Poland and abroad.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing product portfolios and launching new products to market.
• Experience in tender procedures and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent self-organization.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good English language skills (B2+/C1) for communication and working with technical documentation.
• Category B driving license.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology (e.g., kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation).
• Experience in custom hardware projects.
• Experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
• Skills in pricing policy preparation, margin recommendations, and product profitability control.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Manage and develop product portfolio for kiosks and self-service checkouts.
• Oversee entire product lifecycle from market analysis, implementation, development, to product withdrawal.
• Coordinate new product launches and support sales and technical departments.
• Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and product functionality development.
• Build product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
