Service Digitalization Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system support, software development, or digital transformation projects in the after-sales or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with system integration, database management (SQL), and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other interface development and system integration technologies.
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of cross-departmental projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of after-sales business processes, gather and analyze system requirements from front-line teams and dealers, and design corresponding solutions.
• Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, etc.
• Analyze data within the system to provide decision-making support for front-line teams and management.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain after-sales service-related reporting systems.
• Conduct system operation training for after-sales staff and dealers.
• Develop training materials and user manuals to improve understanding and utilization of digital systems.
• Stay updated on technology trends in the NEV industry and propose innovative system solutions to enhance after-sales service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
