• Experience in creating and developing applications
• Ability to take responsibility for existing software projects
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting development
• Knowledge of Git, code review, testing, CI/CD, and basic DevOps
• Ability to design application architecture and integrations
• Experience with APIs, databases, and process automation

• Ability to organize code, documentation, backlog, and work processes

• Practical use of LLM in applications
• Building solutions based on language models
• RAG, embeddings, and semantic search
• Fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA or similar methods
• Basics of ML and model quality assessment
• Evaluation of LLM responses and prompt engineering
• Security of LLM solutions, prompt injection, data leakage, hallucinations

• Take over and organize existing software development projects supporting networking and cybersecurity
• Organize repositories, documentation, backlog, roadmap, work processes, coding standards, testing, code review, CI/CD, and application maintenance rules
• Develop software using AI, including design, generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation of code
• Develop LLM/ML solutions for cybersecurity applications such as SOC event triage, alert classification and prioritization, and incident automation
• Design and develop tools for network infrastructure and network security
• Design architecture, select technologies, system integrations, and implement DevOps practices
• Integrate developed solutions with cybersecurity systems (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR) and other IT tools
• Conduct internal and external deployments including communication with SOC analysts, technical teams, and clients
