Senior UX Designer

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska is focused on redesigning public safety software to make the world safer. The design team includes UX designers, Visual designers, Experience researchers, and UX engineers working on meaningful software for emergency call-taking, dispatch, video security, and first responder applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Professional fluency in English

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, subject matter experts, and global UX team members to design public safety applications
• Enable a design-led product development process with a human-centered approach
