Senior CAP Developer (Full Stack)

Deloitte is seeking a Senior CAP Developer to join a dynamic Agile Scrum Team working on scalable enterprise applications using SAP technologies and cloud-native development practices. The role involves collaboration within an Agile Release Train (ART) alongside Product Owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

• 3-6 years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• Experience with SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry environments
• Solid understanding of CDS modeling and SAP HANA database concepts
• Experience developing APIs (REST and OData)
• Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori integration
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile Release Train (ART) environments
• Experience with automated testing and DevOps practices
• Exposure to enterprise-scale SAP ecosystems

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java) and CDS modeling
• Build scalable cloud-native applications on SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry
• Implement and manage data persistence using SAP HANA (HDB)
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and OData services
• Support frontend integration with SAP UI5/Fiori where needed
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best development practices
• Collaborate with QA engineers to improve testability and automation
• Work with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
