Rymarz Zdort Maruta is a prestigious law firm where the role involves automating processes across legal teams and back office departments such as administration, finance, HR, and secretariat.

• Practical experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (2–4 years).
• Practical knowledge of API integrations: REST, webhooks, JSON, and authentication basics (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
• Ability to analyze processes: decomposition, mapping, bottleneck identification (BPMN knowledge is a plus).
• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools: building workflows with language models, basic prompting, AI integration with automations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) as integration sources and targets.
• High independence and problem-solving orientation in a project role with expected quick productivity.

Nice to have:

• Practical Python skills for scripting, data transformation, and custom nodes in n8n.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Basic SQL and database experience.
• Experience working with law firms or environments with high confidentiality requirements.
• Knowledge of DMS systems (e.g., iManage) and document automation.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (technical documentation).

• Analyze and map business processes in various departments through stakeholder interviews and documentation.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on time consumption, error risk, and ROI.
• Design, build, and deploy automations using n8n, Zapier, and AI tools like Claude.
• Integrate internal and external systems via APIs, including Microsoft 365, DMS, and financial/HR tools.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and transfer knowledge to users.
• Monitor automation performance, handle errors, and optimize processes.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality compliance (GDPR, professional secrecy).
