EO Engineering Tech Lead (AWS / React / TypeScript)

Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is a leading global investment bank undergoing a major enterprise-wide digital transformation. The EO Engineering team is modernizing legacy systems and building cloud-native, AI-enabled services that support communication across executive leadership, employees, and clients.

• 8+ years in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture, preferably serverless
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems
• Builder mindset focused on design and delivery
• Comfortable working in global, distributed teams
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Warsaw

• Build new enterprise services from scratch
• Be part of the final phase of a 3-year transformation program
• Work with AI-driven engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with global engineering hubs
• True hands-on Tech Lead role (no people management)
• Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions
• Develop modern web apps using React and TypeScript
• Migrate legacy systems to AWS cloud architecture
• Build serverless and event-driven services (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Work with global teams across EU, UK, and US (Warsaw, London, NYC)
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Contribute to AI-enabled engineering tools and platforms
• Ensure strong CI/CD and automated deployment practices

Ability to come 5 days per week onsite in the office in Warsaw
