ETL Engineering  Lead

Antal is recruiting for an ETL Engineering Lead role based in Kraków, Poland, working in a hybrid model. The position involves working in the banking sector, focusing on data transformation solutions supporting business processes. The role requires collaboration with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating data solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Datastage, Informatica, or Talend.
• Experience designing data integration processes, data warehouses, or data migrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data models.
• Knowledge of GCP, Oracle, Python, and Spark.
• Experience working with data in banking or financial environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Manage delivery of Data Transformation solutions and coordinate the ETL/ELT engineering team.
• Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and manage project resources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Design and supervise ETL/ELT solutions according to data architecture standards.
• Create technical documentation, data mappings, and transformation specifications.
• Work with Data Architects on data models and integration processes.
• Ensure quality, stability, and development of data processing platforms.
• Support implementation of new technologies and best practices in Data Engineering.
