GenAI Engineer Mid

LinkGroup is the hiring company for this position.

• Min. 3 years commercial experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering
• Min. 1 year hands-on with LLMs / Generative AI
• Strong Python; solid SQL
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and/or agentic workflows; working with vector databases
• Practical knowledge of at least one agentic framework (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK)
• Experience deploying AI solutions to a major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to external systems
• Daily proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
• English min. B2+

• Design and build GenAI applications and multi-agent systems using Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) plus open-source models
• Develop RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations connecting agents to corporate databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Own features end-to-end: prototyping, evaluation, and deployment to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with production-grade reliability
• Evaluate and optimize AI outputs — improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, tune performance
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and consultants on client projects; contribute to design decisions
