Tax Tech Manager/Consultant (x3 FTE)

• 3+ years of experience as a Tax Tech Consultant/Manager
• Experience in taxes (e.g., VAT, accounting, tax reporting)
• Knowledge of tax/accounting areas
• Practical experience in IT system implementations or process automation
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar)
• Ability to combine business and technological perspectives
• Ability to work with stakeholders (business, IT, client)

Nice to have:

• Experience in international or client projects
• Participation in end-to-end ERP implementations
• Ability to have technical conversations with IT and developers
• Experience in building project teams
• Knowledge of system architecture and integration
• Experience in pre-sales or project scope definition
• Hybrid profile combining tax and technology knowledge

• Leading implementation and automation projects in the tax area
• Analyzing tax processes and translating them into system solutions
• Gathering and defining business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Optimizing tax processes (reporting, compliance, e-invoicing)
• Collaborating with IT teams, developers, and technology providers
• Participating in workshops and client meetings, conducting discovery sessions
• Supervising solution implementation (testing, UAT, go-live, stabilization)
