SAP C4C Consultant (f/m)

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience as SAP C4C consultant with functional configuration and technical development.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
• Hands-on development experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI) and ABSL scripting.
• Experience extending and creating custom OData/SOAP services within C4C.
• Solid understanding of integration between C4C and SAP S/4HANA (or ECC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud for Customer certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple full-cycle C4C implementations in techno-functional capacity.
• SAP certification in C4C (Sales or Service) and Development.
• Experience with front-end UI technologies (XML, JavaScript) for UI designer enhancements.
• Hands-on experience developing iFlows in SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong portfolio of custom solutions or enhancements for C4C platform.
• Hands-on experience in C4C Version 2.

Hybrid Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into solution designs using standard configuration and custom development.
• Perform hands-on configuration of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects and processes.
• Identify solution gaps requiring custom development and architect extensions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK).

Technical Development & Enhancement:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom business logic, extensions, and new business objects using BODL, ABSL, and Ruby scripting.
• Create custom UI screens, mashups, and embedded components.
• Build and extend C4C web services (OData/SOAP) for custom integration scenarios.

Integration & Data Management:

• Collaborate with integration team to design, configure, and troubleshoot integration flows between C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Develop custom data validation rules and business logic.
• Manage complex data migration scenarios using Data Workbench and custom SDK solutions.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Design and build custom data sources, reports, and dashboards.

Governance & Best Practices:

• Act as subject matter expert for technical aspects of C4C platform.
• Provide guidance on development best practices, performance optimization, and release management.
• Perform code reviews ensuring documentation, scalability, and alignment with SAP best practices.
