Cloud Support Engineer

• Technical education or experience in IT roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and containers (Kubernetes) is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
• Enthusiastic personality fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required; fluency in German is a plus.
• Well-organized with effective time management skills.
• Team player willing to support others and seek help when needed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day operations of MicroStrategy's cloud infrastructure, including scheduled and emergency maintenance and on-call coverage.
• Implement customer change requests following the Change Control regime.
• Respond to incidents by troubleshooting infrastructure issues and collaborating with technology teams on platform-related problems.
• Administer and troubleshoot the MicroStrategy platform.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for all related tasks.

• Must be available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week.
