Wymagania
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Proven experience with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite multi-book accounting.
- Experience configuring the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.
- Proficiency in SuiteQL for custom reporting and data extraction.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals including debits/credits, intercompany eliminations, and FX revaluation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have:
- SuiteScript 2.x experience for workflow automation and scripting.
- IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition in a SaaS context.
- IFRS 16 lease accounting in NetSuite.
- Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module experience.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with billing platforms such as Nue, Zuora, or Salesforce CPQ.
- Exposure to Greek myDATA or similar e-invoicing and fiscal reporting integrations.
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
- NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Workbook experience.
- Background in enterprise SaaS or PE-backed technology environments.
Obowiązki
- Own and govern the NetSuite ERP environment end-to-end, including system health, change control, and continuous improvement across all subsidiaries.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of multi-book accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial reporting in NetSuite OneWorld.
- Maintain and evolve the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module for compliant revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
- Act as primary technical owner of NetSuite integrations with billing, CRM, and payroll platforms.
- Sustain audit readiness across SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and statutory frameworks by maintaining documentation, access controls, and change evidence.
- Drive NetSuite development and improvement projects, liaising with implementation partners and evaluating SuiteApps.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across all subsidiaries.
- Maintain and improve saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Administer accounting period opens/closes and coordinate month-end and year-end system tasks.
- Configure and maintain ARM for SaaS subscription contracts.
- Troubleshoot revenue recognition discrepancies and multi-book accounting setups.
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms.
- Build and maintain saved searches, SuiteQL queries, and workflows to automate Finance operations.
- Support myDATA integration for Greek VAT and fiscal reporting compliance.
- Maintain change logs, system documentation, and control evidence for auditors.
- Lead or participate in NetSuite improvement and implementation projects, and evaluate third-party tools.
