The company focuses on simplifying fleet management by integrating real-time vehicle data with intelligent software to help businesses control costs, stay compliant, and transition to cleaner mobility.

• Experience running and transforming a BI function, raising standards and changing business data usage
• Proven track record of introducing AI-enabled workflows, automation, insight generation, and self-service in BI at scale
• Expertise in KPI governance, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a single source of truth across complex, multi-market businesses
• Commercially minded with leadership and transformation skills, able to engage with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
• Ability to review analytical logic, challenge assumptions, and identify errors without necessarily writing SQL daily
• Strong leadership skills focused on raising standards, developing people, and earning executive trust
• Prior experience in similar roles with readiness to improve and scale BI functions

• Lead the operating model of the BI function, including team priorities and business perception
• Manage revenue and ARR reporting, pipeline analytics, churn and retention analysis, and customer lifecycle intelligence
• Deliver executive reporting backed by rigorous analysis
• Govern KPIs across the GTM organization ensuring definitions, consistency, and a single source of truth
• Transition the team from ticket-driven reporting to agile, analytically-led intelligence
• Develop and implement AI and automation strategies within the BI function
• Provide people development and leadership to analysts, growing them into business partners
