• Fluency in English.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Design with a track record of leading successful design projects from inception to execution.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and AI-first workflows using tools like Claude, Gemini, Stitch, or other AI agents.
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive product vision and impact-driven decision-making.
• Strong experience in hypothesis generation, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
• Leadership experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design principles.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Skilled in giving and receiving feedback.
• Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Portfolio featuring examples of design work and problem-solving skills.

• Work end-to-end on product design, engaging directly with users to understand their needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product directors.
• Serve as the design conscience of the Practice Management Systems area.
• Simplify complex workflows to make the software feel invisible to medical professionals.
• Drive product vision and design strategy autonomously.
• Lead hypothesis generation, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, research, engineering, and data analysis.
• Scale design practices across teams using systems thinking and component-based design principles.
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Give and receive feedback to improve design quality.
• Adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities without compromising quality.
