IT Analyst

Scalo is engaged in projects for clients in the banking sector, utilizing tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, UML, C4, BPMN, XML, JSON, REST, DDD, SOA, MQ, Kafka, and SQL.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects
• Technical background from higher education in IT or experience cooperating with IT teams
• Proficient in preparing, defining, describing, and modifying business processes and data models
• Practical experience in IT project implementation
• Knowledge of requirements gathering methods and preparation of functional specifications for IT systems
• Ability to read, analyze, and create UML, C4, and BPMN diagrams
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
• Broad theoretical and practical knowledge of automated testing creation
• Professional communication and highly developed interpersonal skills
• English language skills sufficient for reading documentation, correspondence, and technical discussions
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall is a plus
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST protocol, DDD, SOA, MQ, Kafka, synchronous and asynchronous communication
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) modeling
• Familiarity with tools supporting and automating tests
• Knowledge of SQL

• Participation in projects for banking clients using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, UML, C4, BPMN, XML, JSON, REST, DDD, SOA, MQ, Kafka, SQL
• Gathering business requirements and preparing specifications for IT system changes
• Analyzing business processes and defining and modeling solutions to support business goals
• Preparing functional specifications for IT systems
• Co-creating technical documentation including HLD, C4 and UML diagrams, system architecture, and integration with external systems
• Working on blueprints in cooperation with business partners and IT teams
• Collaborating with external suppliers on IT projects
• Organizing and conducting workshops and project meetings
• Participating in teams using various software development methodologies
• Hybrid work with 3 days per month in the Warsaw office
