ETL Engineering  Lead

Antal is hiring for a role focused on developing and maintaining Data Transformation solutions supporting business processes in the banking sector. The position involves collaboration with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams in an international environment using modern cloud technologies.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating data solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Datastage, Informatica, or Talend.
• Experience designing data integration processes, data warehouses, or data migrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data models.
• Knowledge of GCP, Oracle, Python, and Spark.
• Experience working with data in banking or financial environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Manage delivery of Data Transformation solutions and coordinate ETL/ELT engineering team work.
• Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and manage project resources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Design and oversee ETL/ELT solutions according to data architecture standards.
• Create technical documentation, data mappings, and transformation specifications.
• Work with Data Architects on data models and integration processes.
• Ensure quality, stability, and development of data processing platforms.
• Support implementation of new technologies and best practices in Data Engineering.
