Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading debt management company in Central Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar in large and complex projects.
• Knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall).
• High communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Developed strategic, process, and systemic thinking; ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques for meetings and workshops at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools (Jira, Excel, Power BI, Miro).
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level for communication in an international environment.
• Excellent self-organization, responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).

• Independently lead complex, multi-area project initiatives with high interdependencies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to agree on priorities, scope, and directions.
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress including key milestones, budget, and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and actively manage risks.
• Support teams in test preparation and coordinate testing and deployment phases.
• Build and maintain effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Create and maintain project documentation according to standards.
• Ensure transparent, regular, and adequate project communication.
• Conduct and facilitate decision-making meetings, workshops, and working sessions.

Position requires proficiency in Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2). Remote work with equipment pickup in Wrocław.
