Business Analyst with AI

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
• Understanding of data and AI fundamentals (e.g., ML, LLMs, automation)
• Awareness of the importance of data quality, governance, and architecture in AI projects
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in data- or AI-related projects
• Knowledge of SQL or working with data
• Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for leveraging AI
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Define AI use cases and support solution design
• Analyze processes, systems, and data to assess readiness for AI adoption
• Document requirements (user stories, processes, data models)
• Support project teams across the full solution lifecycle (SDLC)
• Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and communication between business and technical teams
• Work closely with architects, developers, data engineers, and data scientists
• Support testing (QA/UAT) and solution deployments
• Ensure data quality and understand its role in AI projects
