Junior/Regular Project Manager

SpyroSoft S.A. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and evolution of Allpro, a specialized Human Capital Management ERP platform designed for multinational organizations with complex, region-specific needs.

• Experience managing IT projects or IT services in complex technology environments.
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple dependencies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level for daily work in an international environment.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of IT environments and work closely with architects and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-complexity environments.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

• Lead the development and evolution of the Allpro ERP platform.
• Drive day-to-day project delivery.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and support specialists.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Chief AI and Information Officer and team on strategic initiatives, innovation projects, and AI-focused R&D activities.
