The company provides services to over 340 entities in the production, service, and trade sectors, including retail chains.

• Experience in business process automation
• Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
• Practical knowledge of UiPath and/or Wizlink and/or Power Automate
• Ability to collaborate with business and gather and organize requirements
• Willingness to work with AI solutions, including AI agents supporting process automation
• Analytical thinking, independence, and good work organization
• Communication skills and focus on finding effective solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI agents or other AI-based solutions
• Practical knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, and payroll processes
• Experience in corporate environments, SSC/BSS/shared services

• Designing and implementing automation solutions supporting business processes
• Collaborating with process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams
• Analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes
• Identifying areas for automation, optimization, and AI-based solutions
• Participating in designing and developing AI agent solutions supporting business processes
• Participating in testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation and AI solutions
• Recommending improvements and developing existing solutions
• Ensuring quality, stability, and efficiency of implemented automations
