Senior DevOps Engineer

Anwim S.A. is one of the largest independent companies in the fuel sector in Poland and operates the rapidly growing MOYA fuel station network. The company manages wholesale fuel sales and distribution nationwide and owns modern and functional MOYA fuel stations and convenience stores. Anwim S.A. collaborates with over 700 companies, including major Western corporations and smaller clients such as gas stations, transport companies, and industrial plants.

• Higher education, at least bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience, including building Kubernetes clusters on on-premise environments and Linux system administration
• Strong knowledge of container image building, security, optimization, and maintenance
• Very good knowledge of Red Hat and Ubuntu systems
• Practical knowledge of GitOps approach and Argo CD tool
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins
• Good knowledge of Terraform, especially for automating Kubernetes infrastructure
• Experience creating and maintaining Helm Charts
• Practical knowledge of Vault and cert-manager tools
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
• Experience working with SQL databases including basic administration, monitoring, backup, recovery, high availability configuration, and performance diagnostics
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of LAN and WAN networks
• Experience working with VMware

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Kubernetes such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, Camunda
• Ability to read UML diagrams (deployment and component diagrams)

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in on-premise environments, especially on VMware infrastructure
• Lead DevOps standards, architecture, automation, and best practices for IT infrastructure
• Create and develop GitOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Argo CD
• Build, optimize, and maintain container images following security standards and best practices
• Prepare application deployments based on Helm Charts in cooperation with development and system analysis teams
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters and applications using Prometheus and Grafana, analyzing metrics, logs, and alerts
• Participate in production environment maintenance and incident response
• Automate administrative tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible
• Create and update technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, tool configurations, and operational procedures
• Provide ongoing support to employees and vendors
• Support first-line technical support in task execution
