DIGITAL OPERATIONS S.A. provides outsourcing services for mBank and its Group companies using modern technologies that combine people and robots. The company supports operational processes for mBank and its Group, focusing on innovation, automation, and team competencies to improve and digitize banking processes.

• Several years of professional experience as a business-system analyst
• Practical experience in preparing and defining changes in IT systems
• Higher education in technical, economic, or banking fields
• Ability to work with IT systems and knowledge of banking technologies
• Communication skills, analytical thinking, and independence in task execution
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (UML) modeling techniques
• Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, API specifications, and system flows
• Practical knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS VISIO, Enterprise Architect
• Ability to collaborate with business/operations and other IT departments such as Security and Infrastructure

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, MQ
• Understanding of BPM-class system architecture
• Interest in process automation and robotics (RPA)
• Experience in the financial industry

• Map business processes – current AS IS state
• Conduct workshops on business process analysis
• Recommend new solutions and changes to existing IT tools supporting processes
• Design and consult solutions for implementation in banking systems (mockups/prototyping with Figma)
• Gather business and system requirements for projects
• Design and consult with development teams, UX, and business stakeholders on solutions for banking systems
• Develop functional and technical documentation
• Verify correctness of requirement implementation and test solutions for compliance with assumptions
