Wymagania
- 3-5 years of experience managing B2C digital products with technical complexity and UX focus, ideally mobile apps and consumer subscriptions.
- Documented results in improving onboarding conversion, activation, retention, and NPS/CSAT.
- Practical experience with continuous discovery: customer interviews, A/B testing, prototyping.
- Advanced work with product data using tools like PostHog, Google Analytics, Plausible, including funnel building, cohort analysis, and drop-off diagnosis.
- Understanding or strong willingness to learn CIAM, SSO, and identity verification (eKYC).
- Ability to defend product decisions under medical, legal, business, and technical pressure.
- Daily use of tools such as Figma, Miro, and AI to accelerate data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA compliance is mandatory.
- English language proficiency at C1 level for documentation, meetings, and international benchmarking.
Obowiązki
- Responsible for enabling millions of LUX MED clients to manage their health and medical data, including account activation, login, Customer Identity & Access Management, user identity verification, consent management, user profile, and app navigation.
- Solve problems and achieve business results.
- Work in a product triad with Product Designer and Lead Engineer and cross-functional team, making evidence-based decisions.
- Conduct continuous discovery through regular user interviews and quantitative validation.
- Address four product risks.
- Measure outcomes.
- Validate regulatory risk, GDPR compliance, and security requirements in the medical data area.
