• Experience in leading transformation projects in back office processes
• Practical knowledge of project management, especially in lean, robotization, automation, digitalization, and transformation
• Ability to analyze and model business processes using BPMN notation (experience in operational processes is a plus)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete requirements and user stories
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions based on data and measurable goals (process KPIs)
• Developed communication and facilitation skills, ease in conducting workshops with business users
• Independence, responsibility for results, and focus on delivering value to end users
• Ability to prepare Business Cases
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Creativity in developing solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects and analyses of RPA and Low-Code solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI and analytical teams in designing solutions for internal and external users
• Certifications in lean methodology and project management methodologies

• Identify potential for optimization, automation, and robotization of processes
• Identify technologies supporting process digitalization
• Plan and conduct business process analyses for optimization and digitalization
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders (business, operations, IT) to agree on business needs, conduct process workshops, and map "as-is" and "to-be" processes
• Define business requirements for RPA and Low-Code solution implementations
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure high quality of business requirements
• Collaborate with business units, RPA/Low-Code developers, and IT teams at all project stages
