PKO Leasing S.A. is the largest leasing and fleet management group in Poland, part of the Capital Group of the largest bank in Poland. The role involves working in one of the most modern IT teams in financial institutions in the country, inspired by the Spotify model.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT/business-system analyst (experience in insurance is a plus)
• Ability to translate business goals into analytical documentation and tasks for the development team
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Effective communication with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• High level of self-organization, independence, and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive in proposing ideas and seeking solutions
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with large IT systems

Nice to have:

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with diagram modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, Camunda Modeler)
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector

• Co-create the vision and roadmap for the insurance sales support system, aiding key business areas
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders from various organizational areas
• Participate in prioritizing backlog tasks and oversee their execution during sprints
• Analyze data and user feedback for continuous product improvement
• Collect business requirements and define acceptance criteria, translating them into the product backlog
• Prepare project materials including requirement specifications, technical specifications, and project documentation
