• Audit and analyze current business processes and data sources.
• Develop target architecture for the data ecosystem.
• Define standards and principles for data management.
• Implement and integrate CRM and MMS systems.
• Design and optimize data flows between systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Supervise technology vendors and external partners.
• Build predictive models supporting business development (e.g., customer churn risk, engagement, sales potential).
• Create analytical tools supporting trainers and managers.
• Automate reporting and generation of business recommendations.
• Provide analyses supporting club revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Identify market trends and analyze potential new services and business models.
• Build an organizational culture based on data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate implementation projects.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and risks.
