IT Administrator

BYLD TECHNOLOGIES sp. z o.o. develops innovative software and hardware solutions for the construction industry, focusing on integrating digital and physical manufacturing processes using non-proprietary light gauge steel (LGS) structures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or similar role within the IT industry
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, networking and virtualization technologies
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure architecture and system security principles
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Ability to diagnose and solve infrastructure-related issues independently
• Basic knowledge of software development, mainly related to .NET platform will be an additional advantage
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Manage and continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure across on-premises, virtualized and cloud environments
• Administer and maintain Windows Server ecosystem (Active Directory, IIS, Group Policies)
• Ensure reliability, security and performance of network infrastructure and corporate systems
• Manage software licensing and user access across Microsoft 365, Autodesk and GitHub environments
• Support software development and engineering teams by providing stable and scalable IT solutions
• Participate in IT security initiatives, monitoring and implementation of best practices
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and system-related issues.
