Salesforce Developer (Marketing Cloud)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients in Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 6 years of practical experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with business and technical clients.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, data integration, and technical limitations of SaaS platforms.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Languages: Polish and English.

• Collaborate directly with clients to conduct technical discussions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and deliver high-level and low-level architecture (HLD/LLD) considering system constraints and integration patterns.
• Act as an expert in the Salesforce ecosystem, leading Marketing Cloud implementations using related platforms such as Data Cloud and Personalization.

Work location is 100% remote with occasional trips to Warsaw/Krakow.
