• Experience with C++ (C++11 and newer).
• Experience with MS SQL.
• Knowledge of memory management.
• Familiarity with templates.
• Understanding of concurrency models.
• Experience in performance-critical programming.
• Driving and implementing quality processes and practices.
• Good knowledge of SOLID principles.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Mature understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good knowledge of software design.
• Mature understanding of software testing, including unit and integration testing.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of C# .NET 9.
• Ability to influence technical development direction.

• Creating optimal high-performance code with low-level memory management and advanced template usage.
• Designing, optimizing, and integrating relational database solutions, including efficient queries and procedures.
• Implementing safe multithreaded solutions in performance-critical systems.
• Designing software structure following object-oriented paradigms and engineering best practices.
• Writing unit and integration tests, automating testing, and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborating throughout the project lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
