Cloud DevOps Tech Lead (GCP)

• Experience as a technical leader in Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Proficiency in Linux environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of production maintenance for ML/LLM applications including availability, latency, rollback, and versioning
• Knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance
• Communication skills in English

• Lead and develop the Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team supporting cloud applications in AI, MLOps, and Data
• Build and standardize CI/CD and GitOps processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments including Anthos, OCP, Istio, and Helm
• Develop a platform for rapid and repeatable cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Collaborate with developers and architects
• Ensure security, data access, and compliance
• Maintain platform stability, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor Cloud DevOps and development teams, fostering Cloud Native and Platform Engineering competencies
• Recommend new technologies and improvements, including in observability
• Work in a hybrid model with one day per week in the Warsaw office
