Senior DevOps Engineer

DataFeedWatch is a market-leading Feed Marketing platform trusted by 20,000 online shops across 6 continents to advertise on Google, Facebook, Amazon, and hundreds of other shopping channels. Since March 2022, it is part of Cart.com, a fast-growing commerce platform. The team consists of nearly 100 people from 15 nationalities and operates as a remote-first company.

• Experience with Kubernetes administration, networking, and autoscaling
• Proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, and OpenTelemetry
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools including Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, container scanning, and policy-as-code
• Understanding of disaster recovery fundamentals including backup strategies and RTO/RPO definitions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders
• Comfort using AI tools in engineering work

• Managing hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
• Implementing DevSecOps tooling including Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, container scanning, and policy-as-code
• Defining disaster recovery strategies including backup, RTO, and RPO
• Diagnosing and solving problems independently
• Collaborating effectively with non-engineering stakeholders
• Using AI tools as part of daily engineering work

Nice to have:

• Ruby scripting experience
• Experience in e-commerce, ad tech, or feed management platforms
• Experience in scale-up or fast-growth environments with evolving infrastructure
