Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant

YourITeams is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant to lead technical delivery for enterprise-scale Marketing Cloud engagements, working directly with clients to design and implement scalable solutions integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Minimum six years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Consultant.
• Proven experience designing HLD and LLD documentation and applying integration patterns across Salesforce solutions.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud capabilities, scripting (AMPscript, SSJS), APIs, data modelling, and journey orchestration.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud implementations.
• Experience working in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Language proficiency: Polish (native) and English (B2/C1).

• Lead technical discussions with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and produce High-Level and Low-Level Architecture documentation (HLD/LLD), accounting for system limitations and integration patterns.
• Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, integrating with Data Cloud, Personalization, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Marketing Cloud implementations, including scripting, data models, journey configuration, and API integrations.
• Provide technical leadership within project teams, including code reviews, best-practice guidance, and solution validation.
• Upskill and mentor development teams through knowledge transfers, workshops, and technical bootcamps.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum delivery environments to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Participate in solution estimation, technical risk assessment, and implementation planning.
