Junior SDK Support Developer

The company develops and publishes games across nearly every genre in the free-to-play model on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch, with a team of over 250 creative professionals.

• Minimum six months of experience as a Support Developer or a related position
• Familiarity with C# programming
• Familiarity with Unity engine
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to organize work
• Communication skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of C++, Objective-C/Swift or Java
• Knowledge of Unity UI Toolkit or CSS Flexbox
• Ability to estimate working time and efficiency
• Knowledge of design patterns

• Respond to questions and problems reported by developers or other company employees
• Manage technical support requests received through an app (Happy Fox) and other communication channels (Slack)
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues, including diagnosing and fixing problems
• Actively participate in the co-development of documentation
• Continuously improve knowledge and participate in training courses and internal meetings
