Senior Windows Authentication Engineer

You will be joining a team of talented Microsoft authentication engineers based in European Offices, responsible for ensuring stability, availability, security, and performance across authentication infrastructures.

• Proven experience designing, managing, and maintaining critical authentication infrastructures in large enterprise environments
• In-depth Active Directory expertise and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth) and certificate-based authentication
• Experience with Azure EntraID configuration and management
• Experience creating and reviewing technical designs
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Understanding of Windows servers, virtualization, networking, and storage
• Preferably experience with federation services (ADFS), claims, and metadata
• Experience managing RSA Authentication Manager infrastructure is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts including incident/change/problem management and CMDB
• English language proficiency at B2 level for daily communication

• Manage Active Directory authentication services across multiple forests and domains
• Manage LDAP authentication services
• Manage Active Directory Federation Services for seamless authentication and SSO
• Manage Windows Hello and RSA SecurID for MFA
• Manage Microsoft Azure EntraID and global tenant configurations
• Design architecture and security baselines for authentication infrastructures
• Maintain up-to-date documentation
• Participate in audits and security assessments

• Average 7 days/month on-call watch duty with additional pay
