• Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native data platforms is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data processing, Databricks, and large-scale datasets using Python.
• Solid foundational understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to assess platform behavior, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions.
• Clear, structured communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Quick to adopt new tools and technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of ingestion platform experience is an advantage for internal candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the ETL/ingestion platform backlog; define epics and user stories for enhancements, tooling upgrades, and CI/CD integrations.
• Analyze platform performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements across ingestion, transformation, and monitoring capabilities.
• Communicate roadmap, releases, and changes clearly to engineering, architecture, BI, and cloud teams.
• Work with large datasets using SQL and Python; support ingestion engine processing and data quality improvements.
• Lead small to large transformation initiatives and ensure acceptance criteria for platform deliverables are well-defined and testable.
