Senior Product Management Consultant

The client is developing a mobility platform that enables operators to manage vehicles and drivers efficiently, supports regulators in establishing guidelines, assists service providers in delivering sustainable solutions, and offers riders an effortless transit experience.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering user-centric products and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Solid technical understanding of software development, APIs, AI tools, and modern product architecture.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM solutions, agents, prompt engineering, or similar technologies (Claude, Claude Code or Claude Agent SDK).
• Ability to translate business needs into product initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver results quickly.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI evaluation methods, and enterprise tool integrations.
• Experience with SQL, modern data platforms, RAG systems, MCP, or multi-agent architectures.
• Background in strategy, consulting, marketplaces, mobility, or other complex business domains.

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify high-impact business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver AI agents and workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
• Design end-to-end solutions, including agent architecture, prompts, integrations, automation logic, monitoring, and success metrics.
• Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using modern agent frameworks and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Develop intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support across the organization.
• Continuously measure performance, optimize outcomes, and ensure every solution delivers tangible business value.
