Head of Product Base Courier

The Base Courier Business Unit simplifies and optimizes shipping processes by integrating companies with a network of national and international carriers, enabling clients to scale operations globally.

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Proven success in strategic negotiations and managing business partner relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term trustful relationships with key clients and partners.
• Experience in team building and management, including motivation and direction setting.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with data, reports, and profitability indicators.
• Ability to combine strategic perspective with operational execution.
• Communicative knowledge of English.

• Build and develop relationships with key clients and strategic business partners.
• Design and implement logistics operational models based on best market practices.
• Participate in negotiations of strategic contracts and framework agreements.
• Shape and supervise Business Development activities to increase client portfolio and sales volumes and optimize sales processes.
• Analyze the market, monitor competition, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the team, set KPIs, and develop employee competencies.
• Monitor profitability of client portfolios and transport directions, recommending optimization actions.
