Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, data fetching strategies, and integrating with external services.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and tested code with a focus on maintainability and speed.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries, emphasizing performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Product-minded engineer with a focus on end-user experience and proactive contribution to product outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Drive for continuous learning, reflection, and improvement.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of microservice architecture, event-driven systems, and basic database design (relational and NoSQL).
- Experience using AI agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and similar developer assistants.
- Working knowledge of Python for backend, automation, or data-related tasks.
Obowiązki
- Build systems and tools that power synthetic testing, evaluation, and quality validation for AI agents.
- Develop APIs, event-driven systems, testing infrastructure, and data workflows.
- Craft user-facing tools and own delivery end-to-end.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, data analysts, and developers.
- Deliver well-scoped, high-quality features across the stack.
- Contribute to system reliability, maintainability, and performance through clean code and testing.
- Participate actively in team discussions and planning.
- Demonstrate ownership by following through on tasks and communicating blockers.
- Seek feedback proactively to improve work and show growth over time.
