Wymagania
- 6 years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in complex, enterprise-scale environments
- Salesforce certifications (required), such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

- Partner directly with clients to lead technical discussions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Design and deliver High-Level and Low-Level Architectures (HLD/LLD), with strong understanding of system limitations and integration patterns
- Act as a Salesforce ecosystem advocate, leading implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud while leveraging related platforms (e.g., Data Cloud, Personalization, other Salesforce solutions)
- Upskill and mentor development teams by providing knowledge transfers, facilitating workshops, and running technical bootcamps
