Technical Software Project Manager

• 3+ years of project management experience, including direct customer interaction and working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, techniques, and artifacts (backlog management, user stories, epics).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent organization, time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Polish.

• Professional project management certification.
• Professional proficiency in Italian.
• Background in technical roles.

• Drive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and proactively mitigate delays by adapting timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams; deliver regular status updates and risk reports to senior management.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, define specifications, and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Manage and align internal and external resources to maintain continuous workflow and progress.
