Product Owner / Technical Project Support

Leading European software provider serving highly regulated industries, engaged in a strategic migration and transformation initiative involving modernization of critical business systems.

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency)
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience supporting migration, transformation, or system modernization projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities
• Experience working within technical environments and cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of software development processes and Java-based applications
• Advanced Excel skills and strong documentation capabilities
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Act as Product Owner for a technical team and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Support migration from legacy systems to a modern target platform
• Coordinate transformation activities and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and drive execution
• Support Java-related applications and technical processes
• Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Maintain and analyse Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
• Support customer maintenance activities and ensure high data quality standards
• Maintain customer master data and related records
• Take ownership of PMO-related activities, including project coordination, reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
