Wymagania

  • 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Governance, HR Services, or related field with global content management.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge management and HR platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Workday.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Experience supporting or leading HR change governance processes.
  • Familiarity with managing multilingual content and translation processes, including machine translation tools.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable using data and insights to define KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to align diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.

Obowiązki

Shaping global content standards:

  • Develop and maintain best practices for creating, reviewing, and publishing HR knowledge content.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and sign-off processes to ensure quality and accountability.

Leading translation and localisation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end translation process for global HR content.
  • Coordinate with country language leads to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Optimise translation tools for faster, seamless access.

Driving content quality:

  • Lead periodic and annual content governance cycles.
  • Ensure all global and local HR content remains current, accurate, and consistent.
  • Monitor usage data to identify improvement opportunities.

Managing knowledge platforms:

  • Take ownership of content and structural changes across platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow.
  • Partner with technology teams to manage and communicate system updates.

Engaging and empowering a global community:

  • Build and maintain a network of Local Admins, Content and Language Leads.
  • Provide training, guidance, and consultancy on knowledge and content matters.

Supporting HR change governance:

  • Act as global Knowledge and Content SME in change governance and impact assessment.
  • Ensure changes are understood and tracked through to delivery.

Enabling HR transformation:

  • Contribute strategic input to HR transformation projects including portal enhancements and automation.

Using data to drive performance:

  • Define and own global Knowledge Management KPIs.
  • Use insight and reporting to monitor process health, surface risks, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
