Wymagania

  • Experience as a manager, team leader, or coordinator in IT support, Service Desk, or IT operations
  • General knowledge of IT areas related to server and network system maintenance and monitoring
  • Very good English language skills for business communication with international clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with modern ITSM tools, workflow automation, and AI technologies supporting technical support
  • Knowledge of ITIL, especially Event/Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, Service Level Management
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, enforce deadlines, and manage quality metrics (SLA/KPI)
  • Communication skills, task delegation, responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving orientation in a dynamic environment

Obowiązki

  • Actively support engineers and Service Desk staff in resolving technical issues in monitored infrastructure
  • Organize daily team work by assigning tasks and supervising timely completion
  • Handle high-priority service requests and implement effective corrective actions after failures
  • Develop business partnerships with international clients at the operational level
  • Monitor performance indicators and maintain service standards as per SLA agreements
  • Manage team members through regular feedback, onboarding, and competency development planning
  • Collaborate with other technical and project departments to improve internal procedures
