Wymagania
- 8–10 years of professional experience with significant exposure to organizational change in large transformation programs.
- Strong project management background including planning, governance, RAID, and dependencies.
- Experience managing change as a structured workstream.
- Experience in technology-enabled transformations involving HR systems, enterprise platforms, or digital tools.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or ACMP.
- Excellent facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (C1+).
Obowiązki
- Lead end-to-end change workstreams including scope, planning, RAID, budget tracking, and quality.
- Define and execute change strategies such as impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change roadmaps, and adoption KPIs.
- Design and run stakeholder engagement approaches, including leadership alignment and change networks.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to integrate employee voice into transformation design.
- Develop and oversee communication and engagement strategies.
- Shape learning and enablement approaches including learning journeys, coaching frameworks, and change champion networks.
- Track adoption and behavior change metrics and recommend course corrections.
- Ensure tight integration between change plans and overall project delivery.
